Delete your How Far account
This page is for players of How Far: Naija Simulator, a game by Joshua Aideloje.
In the game
- Open the game.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap "Delete account", and confirm.
Without the game
If you cannot open the game, write to aidelojejoshua@gmail.com from the email address of your account. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line, and give your display name. We delete the account within 30 days, and we confirm by email.
What we delete
- your account and your sign-in link
- your profile: your display name, your avatar, your state of origin, and your status line
- your game progress: your money in the game, your home, your items, and your trips
- your friends list, your block list, and your mute list
What we keep, and for how long
- A ban record, if your account was banned, for 12 months. This stops a banned player from making a new account at once.
- Reports that involve your account, for 12 months after the report is closed.
- Chat messages are not kept: the game keeps only the last 50 lines of each channel.
